Cancellation Policy

At Lake Life Inn, our rates are divided into two seasons: High Season and Low Season.

High Season includes the last week of June, July, August, and first week of September. 

*Please note that December 22 – January 2 is also considered High Season.*

*Long weekend reservations are subject to a 2 night minimum stay & High Season Cancellation Rates.*

High Season:

At least 8 weeks prior to arrival: no penalty
At least 6 weeks prior to arrival: 20% penalty
At least 2 weeks prior to arrival: 50% penalty
Less than 1 week prior to arrival: 100% penalty

**This policy applies to individual room reservations only.**

Full Facility Reservations:

At least 8 weeks prior to arrival: 25% penalty
Less than 8 weeks, but more than 1 week prior to arrival: 50% penalty
Less than 1 week prior to arrival: 100% penalty

Low Season:

Week days:

At least 24 hours prior to arrival: no penalty
Less than 24 hours prior to arrival: 20% penalty

Weekends:

At least 2 weeks prior to arrival: no penalty
Less than 2 weeks, but more than 24 hours prior to arrival:  20% penalty
Less than 24 hours prior to arrival: 50% penalty
